Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from Dusseldorf, Germany and Barcelona, Spain.

Depending on where the product you buy is located, the shipping costs change (you can know exactly where your product comes from in each of the descriptions of our products).

The shipping costs will appear before completing the purchase process and once the order shipping address has been provided.

For shipments departing from Dusseldorf we generally use Deutsche Post services and for shipments departing from Barcelona we generally use Spain National Post.

We have special costs for local orders either within Germany or Spain, but we also offer attractive shipping costs for European countries within the Schengen area and the United States as we know we have many loyal customers that are interested in our project and for that we are committed to offering them the best shipping conditions.

Depending where you live your order need between 4-14 business days to be delivered. After you have completed your purchase we will send you the tracking number of your product as soon as we have posted your item. Nevertheless please notice, that customs can slow things down a lot. We appreciate your patience.

All the orders are prepared in a clean and safe environment, we are extremely cautious following all the health measurements in all of our workers. Orders are prepared within the next 24 hours after purchase, except for purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, in this case they will be prepared the next business day.

Please understand that we can not control Postal services, in that order, we are not responsible for the loss, damage and/or delay caused by the postal services. In case of loss, damage or delay, the buyer must deal directly with their local services by using the tracking number provided by us.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay additional import taxes, custom fees, duties and additional postal fees associated with shipping for overseas after the item reaches their respective country.

Finally, please make sure that your delivery address is correct! We will not be responsible for items which are not delivered because of an incorrect address provided by the buyer. In any case if the delivery fails and your package returns to us because you left a wrong address, we will send your package again to the correct address if you agree to pay again for the shipping cost.
